Superintendent
Big River Construction, Inc. superintendents are responsible for all aspects of successful project delivery from pre-construction and ground breaking to completion. Delivery success is achieved through maintaining a safe workplace, demonstrating “hands-on" knowledge of building systems and construction means and methods, managing schedules, subcontractors, and experience managing self-performed work as budgeted.
Big River Construction superintendents are leaders on the project team and prepare, maintain and manage job schedules, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to bring in projects on time and within budget and assure quality by reviewing all drawings, specifications and subcontractor submittals.
Ideal candidates will posses 5+ years experience working as a construction superintendent on large projects. Preference is given to candidates with a Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related degree.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and have reliable transportation.
